No ‘Heat’ in HD DVD for you Dr. Jones
It appears the rumor that Warner Bros to BD exclusively is gaining some more traction. That is respected tech blog Gizmodo is quotes a VP for Lionsgate that Warner Bros. is “coming aboard”. This would be a horribly unfortunate move as Warner owns the one property other than the Star Wars franchise that I want to see in HD DVD: Heat. If Warner truly gets whorish and goes over to BD, then we will be stuck with a Heat upconvert – oh what I would do with Heat in multichannel audio …
So until we know for sure, I direct your attention to the Heat Two-Disc Special Edition on amazon.com
